本中心左瑞麟主任受邀出席5月28日位於菲律賓馬尼拉舉辦之醫療資安與量子安全論壇，主題為：「Quantum-Ready, Healthcare-Secure: Preparing Healthcare for the Quantum Era」。本次活動由 Lightstream8 (LS8) 與 CeQureX (CQX) 共同為醫療資安技術聯盟 (HCTA) 策劃主辦，旨在召集業界專家與學者，共同探討醫療機構在全面數位化進程中面臨的長期資安挑戰。
左主任於論壇中進行主題為「The Q-Day Reality: Why Today's Encryption Is Already at Risk」之專題演講，內容聚焦於「Harvest Now, Decrypt Later; why long-lived healthcare data is exposed before quantum computers fully mature.」等核心議題。
